Availability will be checked prior to confirming your order. If an item is out of stock I will let you know when the estimated time of arrival of the item will be so that you can decide if you want to wait or order a substitute.

Shipping charges are as follow:
Orders under $30.00 will be charged a flat $10.00
Orders over $30.00 will be 10% of your order.
For instance if you order totals $49.95 then you charges will be $5.00 ($4.995 actually but rounded up to the next whole dollar)

There will be additional freight charges for bulky or heavy items depending on the item.
This additional charge will be an additional 2%.
For instance a glass top table costing $139.95 will be charged $16.75 in shipping charges

All orders will be shipped directly to you so I will need a physical address.
